Let's be honest about it our day to day hectic lifestyles do not do very much  for our overall health at all. Most plans will result in worthwhile weight loss  during the first few days and  you will lose some weight which will be from retained water. Once this water has been taken from your body you will now need to find effective fat burning foods which when combined with an effective exercise program will stimulate effective on-going weight loss.

These foods  and liquids will provide you with energy but don't fall into the trap of just sticking to these products at the expense of other healthy food products. as your body still needs good nutrition in order to function on a daily basis and there's no point5  achieving weight loss to then find you pile it all back on again.
